Kripik Tempe Banyumas


Cara Pembuatan Kripik tempe
bahan :
  • tempe secukupnya
  • 1/2 gelas tepung beras
  • 1 gelas santan
  • 1 gelas minyak goreg
bumbu :
  • 4 siung bawang putih
  • 1 sendok teh ketumbar
  • 1 sendok teh garam
cara membuat :
tempe diiris-iris tipis dan dijemur sapai setengah kering. bumbu dihaluskan dicampur dengan tepung beras dan santan hinga menjadi adonan yang agak cair. celupkan irisan tempe dalam adonan lalu goreng pada minyak panas sampai kering dan warnanya kecokelatan, keringkan. simpan dalam toples yang sangat rapat.
